About 5 minutes from our house is a small nature center that we like to go to because it is exactly that, small. It's not overwhelming, just a few animals to see and Charlotte and Connor just love running the grounds. In between lunch and dinner on a Sunday it is perfect place to get back to nature, quickly. I'm finding my eight year old's attention span on a football Sunday is waning if the family activity is not actually watching or playing football . Sigh!
